When most buyers go into home search mode - they may wind up with 50+ listings to see. It should go without saying that's too many houses to look at if you're limited on time! We will help you to narrow your search down to 20-25 properties, keeping these tips in mind:

• Send us two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you require in your new home. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can cross it off the list.
• Have a predetermined price range. This could be based on mortgage or a conservative estimate of what you'll net from the sale of your present home.
• Consider drive time to work or other interests. Traffic in the Stillwater area could be different than what you're accustomed to, so letuse know how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

Before we meet in person, we could send you our picks for possible homes. Or if you've already started your search, let us know what you've found.
